9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Associational Council shall consist of the MODERATOR, VICE MODERATOR,
CLERK, TREASURER, COUNCIL DIRECTORS, TEAM LEADERS, WMU DIRECTOR, MEN'S
MINISTRY TEAM LEADER AND THE
ASSOCIATIONAL STAFF MEMBERS (EX-OFFICIO). The Associational Council
shall function in an advisory capacity for planning, promoting,
correlating and reviewing the total associational program, to include, but
not be limited to the long range planning for the association. Any
meeting of the Association Council shall be deemed official if a minimum
of five (5) voting members are present. The Council sub-committee,
consisting of the Moderator, Vice Moderator, Clerk and Treasurer, shall
serve as a standing personnel committee.
