About Bat Cave
We believe our purpose to be as follows: "To worship God the Father
and Jesus Christ His Son through the the Holy Spirit. To educate
disciples in His ways by His Word; to fellowship with one another in the
church; to witness to a lost world in the power of the Holy Spirit; and to be
actively involved in ministry at home and across the world."
Bat Cave Baptist church was organized in 1892 after a two-week revival in the
community resulted in many professions of faith. Several Christians felt
called of God to begin a Sunday School in the community and from this desire a
church was constituted. The
Bat Cave community has been consistently blessed by God's children throughout
the years!
