Married to Emily. Three grown children: Larry
Rhodes, Rachel Barnwell and Mary Youngblood. Ordained on November 23,
1950. Came to Hoopers Creek Baptist on May, 1964. Henderson County
native. Served 8 years in Madison County. Been at Hoopers Creek
for 39 years. 1993, Tabernacle Baptist Church granted the degree of
Doctor of Divinity.
