  About Shaws Creek
Our Mission Statement:  We seek to be a loving, worshiping and discipling fellowship that reaches out as the body of Christ through witness, ministry and care for all people.

A few believers began meeting in 1873 in the Shaws Creek area.  The current sanctuary with the corner entrance was built in 1928.  The two story education building was added in 1954.  Additional classrooms and a larger fellowship hall was built in 1973.  A steeple was added in 1985.  The picnic shelter was renovated and a memorial garden added in 2000.  Missions has always been strong in the hearts of our people.
