Woman's Missionary Union is a missions organization,
not an organization that just happens to be involved in missions.
This is the purpose for which WMU was founded. It is an organization
in the local church; it cooperates with other churches in the association
to do missions and ministry. The state and national organizations
provide materials and assistance to the association as well as the local
church
Woman's Missionary Union has an organization for everyone -
men, women, boys and girls:
