The experience of hundreds of congregations and their leaders confirms that what is done in this transitional period greatly influences the formation of a solid ministry team with the new pastor and congregation. The two-day training provides effective tools that can be used by both a traditional or a transitional interim pastor, as well as the pastor search committee.
Allan is a North Carolina native who has served in many roles in Baptist life. With more than 50 years of experience in ministry, he retired as editor of the Biblical Recorder in 2019 and now serves churches and pastors in transitional interim ministry through the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina.
